Kylie looked after my previous cats for many years, and my current cats for at least 3 years. She's been fantastic and I would not hesitate to leave my girls in her care, and would definately recommend her and your company to others.

Kylie is a wonderful carer and always so diligent, thorough and thoughtful. Masa remembering Kylie from when he was a kitten and being comfortable enough to come out for cuddles shows just how great she is as a carer! I was a little anxious about Falchin, now that she has hyperthyroidism and renal disease, and can be very particular and fussy, but Kylie had it all under control and understood my instructions, administered her meds, and sent me updates. Thank you for looking after the kitties, and thank you for your lovely note xx

Kylie always takes great care of our two cats, and sends me lovely messages. It is so good to have somebody reliable come to visit while we are away. Our cats are a bit nervy, and so I am really pleased that Kylie has built up a relationship with them, and is usually available to look after them. I have never actually met Kylie, so not sure how to rate presentation - anyhow it is not relevant, as long as the cats enjoy her company!

Our pets were very well cared for and everything managed well on our return. The only small thing I did miss that we had from previous services was getting a text each visit which just reassures us the pets are ok, our kids enjoy this as we miss them so much when away.

Kylie looked after my previous cats and this was her first time looking after my new babies. As always, she went above and beyond in her care of them. I was concerned as it was going to be very hot for a couple of the days, but she looked reassured me they were fine, put the A/c on and I came home to two happy cats. I would not hesitate to recommend Kylie to anyone needing care for their pets.

Kylie is excellent with animals. Our cat enjoys her visits. Kylie texts once or twice during the break to let us know our cat is well, which gives us peace of mind and allows us to enjoy the break.

I was a bit worried as the appointments arranged to meet the carer was cancelled. But we eventually got Kylie was able to make the last appointment. With my pets I do worry a lot and also letting strangers in my house. So I was a little worried when appointments to meet were not kept. But overall the pets were happy when I did return to them.

Did not catch up with Kylie this time around so cannot comment on her presentation! But Kylie is always great with my pets and I trust her completely to take good care of them when I am away. She sends me a note when she first visits my cat and leaves me a message on my return about how things went.

Kylie was, once again, fantastic. She always sends me a text the first day to say how Belle is going. Belle is quite relaxed now in her presence (she is a shy little cat) and comes over for smooches. Kylie obviously cares for all the animals in her care and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to friends.

Kylie copes very well with Joker's 'personality'. He always looks clean and well fed on my return. The rooms are kept clean and food and water topped up. All other requirements are carried out. Thank you Kylie for taking care of joker when I am away.

Kylie is always fantastic with Belle. She is a bit of a shy kitty but over the years she has become happy with Kylie and comes to greet her for pets and strokes now. I'm very happy with Kylie.

It is SUCH a relief to know that someone as competent as Kylie is caring for my cats, one of whom is very old. I always get a text and a note updating about them. having Kylie caring for the cats means that we can have a holiday and completely not worry about them. ( PS a relative who used to be a client of Kylie's has moved to Perth and wondering why there is not Lonely pets over there, would be great!).

This is I think the 3rd or 4th year we have had Kylie and she is great. She knows the pets well now and it is so good to know she is taking care of them (and also visiting the house etc). Makes for 'peace of mind' when you are overseas. Kylie also communicates any issues via text which is great too as Felix is prone to getting in to trouble.

This was the first time I left Belle since losing Zorro in July. I was very worried she would be lonely as I think she still misses him (especially at mealtimes, which have become a fussy time!). They had always been a bit suspicious of strangers, but have loved Kylie ever since she first started caring for them several years ago. She is great with them and it is obvious how much she loves animals. Belle was certainly very happy in her care and did not seem to mind being left alone.
Kylie always texts to reassure me after the first visit and I am confident that Belle could not be better cared for. I love the service I get from Kylie and all the staff at Lonely Pets Club, and I have recommended your service to others.

And one that is just a 'naughty adolescent'. Kyrie handled it all with ease. When I left her with that lot, I was quite stressed and worrying that it would be a handful for her, but Kylie put me at ease and within no time at all I was enjoying my very much needed weekend away. I would highly recommend Kylie to anybody and I will certainly ask for her again. Great service and great care.

GREAT SERVICE! Highly recommend! Office staff were very helpful. Rocky was lucky enough to get Kylie as his carer - she was amazing. Love the idea of a 'free' first visit so that the carer can get to know your pet - great addition. Will use in the future without hesitation
